Tarot reading is mainly used as an oracle for self-knowledge but its main use is for guidance and advice on the questions raised by the consultant.
The tarot is an instrument that allows us to analyze and reflect on our past and present through its symbols, serving as a guide and guiding us in making decisions and choosing the best paths and alternatives for our life.
Tarot does not give miraculous answers and ready-made solutions that will solve the consultant's life. It provides guidelines that help you to evaluate and reflect on your attitudes, getting to know yourself better and gaining more confidence when making decisions.

Guidance
The runes became historically known as the oracle of the Norse people, who over the years became popularly known as "Vikings".
They were usually warriors who invaded lands to dominate them and expand their culture.
The Norse had cults of ancient gods, before Christianity and Catholicism, but little by little they were indoctrinated and these gods are now worshiped by pagan practitioners.
Many Nordic warriors, before their battles and during the planting of their crops, resorted to the wisdom of the runes, which guided them in making decisions and predictions about their needs.
Each rune has a link with the deities of these peoples and the forces of nature.

I'm a life coach and natural therapist
I feel that my mission is to help people identify and achieve their personal goals, life purpose, spiritual growing and improve self-awareness when dealing with issues that cause anguish, confusion, anxiety and stress.

My professional path:
In 1999 I started by studying and working with children in the area of ​​socio-cultural and socio-educational animation, at Porto psychosocial school (Pt).
In 2003 I started working on aesthetics and image accessories (hair removal, face and body treatments, weight loss, make-up, among other beauty and well-being care), at Camila Morais aesthetics and cosmetology studio and at Bruno Vassari and Dermofil school, Porto (Pt).
In 2004 I did training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage, at Bruno Vassari school and Homeopathic Mesotherapy, at Imporvina,Lda, Porto (Pt);
Also in 2004, I started training in Indian medicine with Ayurveda massage, nutrition and other health and wellness care, with taecher Valter Cardim, Porto (Pt);

As well as sound massage with Tibetan bowls at Hess institut, Lisbon (Pt);

And Chen reflexology method, with Dermoder institut, Vila Nova de Gaia (Pt).
Since then until 2006 I have also trained in Natural Therapies (homeopathy, herbal medicine, natural nutrition), Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Moxibustion, auriculotherapy, cup therapy, Tui Na massage and oriental nutrition), at Upn, northern professional university, Porto (Pt);

Had advanced training in Shiatsu Namikoshi, at japanese therapy center Toyo Igaku, Porto (Pt).
In 2008 I had Reiky initiation, S.João da Madeira (Pt).
In 2011 I did training in Nutrition and Western Dietetics, with Sdeca, science, diet and proper nutrition association, (Spain).
In 2014 I trained in NLP, Neurolinguistic Programming and Coaching, certified Master PNL, at the International Institute of Neurolinguistic Programming, INPNL, Porto (Pt).
In 2020 I did Coaching training with NLP, with Instituto On, (Brazil).

I currently work in Shamanik arts studio, in Rovaniemi, Finland.
